    These general terms and conditions shall expressly govern the relationships established between Plusvillas Home Design S.L., hereinafter PLUSVILLAS, and any user who browses and interacts through the website https://webplusvillas.crmparaempresas.es/, hereinafter the Website. “User” shall mean the person who accesses, browses, uses or participates in the services and activities of the Website.

    Access to and browsing of the Website by a User implies acceptance without reservation of these General Terms of Use.

    PLUSVILLAS offers its products detailing the necessary information so that the User is aware of the specific characteristics of the products offered.

For these purposes, it is stated that the results related to the Mortgage Simulator are obtained through data provided by the banking entities that own the properties and are for informational purposes only; therefore, they are classified as information entered by third parties and, consequently, are subject to the conditions of the preceding paragraph.   • 12. Visit request

    The User may request a visit to a property through the Website. To submit the visit request, the User must complete the mandatory fields on the Website.

    Within a maximum period of two business days, an external intermediary of PLUSVILLAS will contact the User to coordinate the visit to the requested property.

    For these purposes, the User gives their consent, under the terms established in Organic Law 15/1999 on the protection of personal data (LOPD), for PLUSVILLAS to transfer their personal data solely for the purpose of carrying out the visit to the selected property, in accordance with the preceding paragraph. The User may at any time, and in accordance with the LOPD, exercise their rights of access, rectification, cancellation and objection by written notification to the address of the Data Controller, Plusvillas Home Design S.L., by post to Calle de la Pau 2, 03710 Calpe (Alicante) or by email to info@plusvillas.es.

    Any query or incident regarding the visit, as well as any type of information the User may need, can be made via the customer service phone number 96 583 35 87, indicating the property reference and personal details.

    Once the visit has been carried out, PLUSVILLAS will contact the User, at the telephone number provided, to learn about their satisfaction with the service.

     

  • 13. Submission of a purchase offer

    The User may submit a purchase offer for the property through the Website provided that they have visited it and have checked its condition and features.

    To submit the offer, the User must complete the mandatory fields on the Website and indicate the amount offered for the property. The offer amount does not include taxes or other purchase-related expenses.

    Offers received through the Website will be reviewed and decided upon as quickly as possible. The outcome, positive or negative, will be communicated to the interested party at the contact telephone number provided. If positive, the conditions under which the property would be transferred will be confirmed.

  • 14. Applicable legislation

    This contract shall be governed by Spanish legislation, which shall apply in matters of interpretation, validity and performance to anything not provided for in this contract. In the event of any dispute regarding these general terms and conditions, where the purchase has been made by a private individual, the parties shall submit to the jurisdiction of the Courts and Tribunals corresponding to the consumer.

    In the event that the purchase is made by a professional or company, both parties submit, expressly waiving any other jurisdiction, to the Courts and Tribunals of Alicante.
