To submit the offer, the User must complete the mandatory fields on the Website and indicate the amount offered for the property. The offer amount does not include taxes or other purchase-related expenses.

Offers received through the Website will be reviewed and decided upon as quickly as possible. The outcome, positive or negative, will be communicated to the interested party at the contact telephone number provided. If positive, the conditions under which the property would be transferred will be confirmed.

This contract shall be governed by Spanish legislation, which shall apply in matters of interpretation, validity and performance to anything not provided for in this contract. In the event that the purchase is made by a professional or company, both parties submit, expressly waiving any other jurisdiction, to the Courts and Tribunals of Alicante.
