PLUSVILLAS, as a company dedicated to the Management and Marketing of Real Estate Assets, being aware that the future of the company depends on the quality of the service provided and on meeting our customers’ needs, has a Quality Management System based on the requirements of the UNE-EN-ISO 9001:2015 Standard.
Within this framework, Management, through its Quality Policy, assumes the following commitments:
▪ Attend to our customers’ suggestions and requests, measure their level of satisfaction, and improve the assessment our customers make of the activities carried out.
▪ Go beyond compliance with all legal provisions affecting it in terms of quality, as well as any additional requirements voluntarily assumed.
▪ Achieve continuous improvement of the activities carried out, analyzing any problems that may arise, implementing the necessary mechanisms for their resolution and, ultimately, maintaining an efficient Quality Management system.
▪ Involve all staff in identifying and complying with the requirements of the Quality Management System.
▪ Provide the necessary resources to continuously improve processes, the organization, and the system in general.
▪ Set specific, measurable quality objectives, based on the principles of this policy, and monitor and periodically redefine them as a continuous improvement system.
This Quality Policy is known and assumed by all staff and is also available to the public for consultation. Likewise, it will be reviewed and, where appropriate, updated periodically through a continuous improvement process.
